This coming April 5-13, 2008 an Eye Care Ministry Team of 13 will travel to El Salvador to represent Stoa Ministries International. We will be partnering with a ministry called Enlace. Enlace is a great ministry headed up by friends of mine Ron and Michelle Bueno. I have known Ron and Michelle since my days in California and am very excited to see their work and partner alongside of them. We will be shipping eyeglasses as soon as possible and we hope and pray to get an auto-refractor to aid in our clinic while there. We have a great team going and I am looking forward to ministry once again with these two veterans to eye care missions, Dr. Jeff Barkley and Dr. David Coleman. I am also delighted to have Dr. Clark McQuigg joining us on this trip. He too is a mission’s veteran, but this is his first trip with Stoa. Along with our outstanding team of Dr’s we have Nate Coleman, Benny Crossland, Alex Curchin, John Hutto, Kenna Hutto, Priscilla McKinney, Steve Smith, Ken Ott, Deb Porter, and me.
